Bygger ny fjernkjølesentral ved Universitetssykehuset i Örebro

HMB, et datterselskap i AF Gruppen, har fått oppdraget med å bygge en ny fjernkjølesentral ved Universitetssykehuset i Örebro på vegne av Region Örebro Län. Prosjektet gjennomføres som en totalentreprise i samspill og har en kontraktsverdi på ca. MSEK 180 ekskl. mva.

Prosjektet omfatter en omfattende om- og tilbygging som inkluderer levering av en ny fjernkjølesentral, etablering av frikjøling fra elven Svartån samt tilpasninger av redundante varmesystemer. Målet med disse tiltakene er å sikre at sykehuset har tilstrekkelig kjølekapasitet samt å implementere en bærekraftig kjøleløsning. Ved å utnytte den naturlige kjølingen fra Svartån, søker Region Örebro Län å redusere energiforbruket og bidra til en mer miljøvennlig drift.

Building a new district cooling plant at the University Hospital in Örebro

HMB, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has been assigned the task of constructing a new district cooling center at the University Hospital in Örebro on behalf of Region Örebro Län. The project will be carried out as a collaborative turnkey contract and has a contract value of approximately SEK 180 million excluding VAT.

The project involves extensive renovations and expansions, including the delivery of a new district cooling center, the establishment of free cooling from the Svartån River, and adjustments to redundant heating systems. The goal of these measures is to ensure that the hospital has sufficient cooling capacity and to implement a sustainable cooling solution. By utilizing the natural cooling from the Svartån River, Region Örebro Län aims to reduce energy consumption and contribute to a more environmentally friendly operation.

Styret i AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) har vedtatt gjennomføring av selskapets aksjekjøpsprogram for ansatte.

Totalt 743 ansatte har tegnet i alt 1 000 000 aksjer. Aksjene tegnes til en kurs på NOK 95,40 pr. aksje, som tilsvarer 20 prosent rabatt i forhold til gjennomsnittlig børskurs i tegningsperioden.

Styret har i tillegg vedtatt en emisjon på 757 800 aksjer mot selskapets ansatte, i henhold til fullmakt gitt av generalforsamlingen 15. mai 2024.

Selskapets aksjekapital vil bli forhøyet med NOK 37 890 ved utstedelsen av 757 800 aksjer, hver pålydende NOK 0,05. Antall aksjer i AF Gruppen ASA vil etter emisjon er gjennomført være 109 289 800, som tilsvarer en aksjekapital på NOK 5 464 490.

Salg og emisjon av aksjer forventes gjennomført innen 31.10.2024.

The Board of Directors of AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) has decided to go through with the Company’s share purchase program for employees.

743 employees have subscribed a total of 1,000,000 shares. The shares are subscribed at a price of NOK 95.40 per share, which corresponds to a 20 per cent discount compared to the average market price during the subscription period.

In connection with this, the Board has decided to sell 242,200 of the Company’s own shares. The Company’s holding of own shares after this transaction will be 0 shares.

The Board has also decided to issue 757,800 shares towards Company employees, in accordance with the Power of Attorney given by the General Assembly May 15 2024.

The Company’s share capital will increase by NOK 37,890 after the issue of 757,800 shares with a nominal value of NOK 0.05 per share. When the share issue is completed, the number of shares in AF Gruppen ASA will be 109,289,800. New share capital in AF Gruppen ASA will be NOK 5,464,490.

The sale and issue of shares is expected to be completed by October 31st 2024.

A new certificate of registration will be submitted to Oslo Stock Exchange when it is available.

Awarded major project for Svenska Kraftnät

AF Gruppen’s subsidiary, Kanonaden Entreprenad, in consortium with Hitachi Energy, has been awarded the contract to install seven new series compensation stations in central and northern Sweden. The contract is a turnkey project, with Kanonaden’s share amounting to just over SEK 900 million excluding VAT.

The project includes the construction of new series compensation stations, including associated control buildings, storage, and backup power facilities. Kanonaden is also responsible for construction management, earthworks, site security, foundation work for buildings and high-voltage installations, as well as the installation and assembly of high-voltage equipment. The power quality solution for the project is designed and supplied by Hitachi Energy.

Svenska kraftnät has an option to order an additional three series compensation stations. The option is valued at approximately MSEK 400 excluding VAT.

The new series compensation stations will accelerate the energy transition and enable improved transmission capacity for Sweden’s electricity grid. Series compensation provides increased power supply, lower risk of downtime and less environmental impact.

Tildelt stort prosjekt for Svenska kraftnät

AF Gruppens datterselskap, Kanonaden Entreprenad, har i konsortium med Hitachi Energy blitt tildelt oppdraget med å installere syv nye seriekompenseringsstasjoner i midtre og nordlige Sverige. Oppdraget er en totalentreprise, der Kanonadens andel av kontrakten utgjør drøyt MSEK 900 ekskl. mva.

Prosjektet omfatter oppføring av nye seriekompenseringsstasjoner, inkludert tilhørende kontrollbygg, lager og reservekraftanlegg. Kanonaden er også ansvarlige for byggeledelse, terrasseringsarbeid, områdesikring, fundamentering av bygninger og høyspenningsanlegg, samt installasjon og montering av høyspenningsutstyr. Strømkvalitetsløsningen i prosjektet prosjekteres og leveres av Hitachi Energy.

Svenska kraftnät har en opsjon på bestilling av ytterligere tre seriekompenseringsstasjoner. Opsjonen har en verdi på om lag MSEK 400 ekskl. mva.

Building a new school in Västerås

HMB, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has been awarded the contract to build a new primary school, Ekbergaskolan, on behalf of the City of Västerås. The contract is a total enterprise and is valued at SEK 195 million excluding VAT.

The contract includes the construction of a total of 7,200 m² GFA distributed over two floors. Upon completion, the new school will accommodate 575 primary school students from 1st to 6th grade in three parallel classes. Building a combined commercial and residential project

LAB Entreprenør AS, a company within AF Gruppen, has signed a contract for the construction of a new combined commercial and residential project in Alver municipality. The contract is a turnkey project valued at approximately NOK 257 million excluding VAT.

The buildings are located in Knarvik in Alver municipality, about 30 kilometers north of Bergen city center. The project consists of a total of eight floors, including two floors of parking and support functions below ground level, totaling approximately 15,000 m². At ground level, several commercial areas are planned, including Coop’s grocery concept Extra, with provisions for larger deliveries. The 71 apartments are distributed across two buildings with four and five floors respectively above the commercial section. In front of the residential buildings, an outdoor area for play and leisure is planned. The developer is Kvassnesvegen Utvikling AS, which is owned 50/50 by Vestbo Eiendomsutvikling AS and Coop Hordaland Eiendom AS.

Building 96 new apartments in Bergen city center

LAB Entreprenør AS, a company within AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with Nøstegaten 72-74 AS (OBOS Nye Hjem) for the construction of a new apartment project at Nøstet in Bergen city center. The contract is a turnkey contract valued at approximately NOK 428 million excluding VAT.

The buildings are located along the waterfront at Nøstet, very centrally in Bergen city center. The project includes the construction three apartment buildings with an underlying garage. The establishment of outdoor areas and a new quay promenade is also included in the agreement. Additionally, a new kindergarten is planned in one of the buildings. The project aims to transform the historic district from a rundown industrial area into an attractive area with squares, playgrounds, and a new public quay promenade designed to increase access to the sea for the city’s residents. The site is currently undergoing the dismantling of existing buildings for reuse and recycling under a separate contract with Nøstegaten 72-74 AS.

Etablering av utomhusområder og ny kaipromenade inngår også i avtalen. I tillegg planlegges det en ny barnehage i ett av byggene. Prosjektet er med på å transformere det historiske strøket fra ett nedslitt industriområde til et attraktivt område med torg, lekeplasser og ny offentlig kaipromenade designet for økt tilkomst til sjø for byens innbyggere. På tomten pågår det demontering av eksisterende bygg for gjenbruk og ombruk i en separat kontrakt med Nøstegaten 72-74 AS.

Nominated to build Diakonhjemmet Campus

Diakonhjemmet Foundation has nominated AF Gruppen as the contractor for the Diakonhjemmet Campus project in Oslo. The contract will be a turnkey contract with a value of approximately NOK 1,400 million excluding VAT.

The agreement includes the design and construction of Diakonhjemmet Campus, including the construction of a new high school for health and social care, VID University College, and a shared basement for the two schools, including a large multi-purpose hall. The project also includes a platform for a new metro station, external technical infrastructure, and the demolition of the north wing of Diakonhjemmet 14. The school buildings and basement have a total gross area of approximately 26,000 m².

The project has very high environmental ambitions and high complexity with construction within the hospital area, and the work on the new platform for Sporveien.

Detailed planning starts in January 2025, and construction is scheduled to begin in May 2025. Diakonhjemmet Campus is expected to be fully completed in November 2028.

The final order for construction will be placed after the lease agreement for the new high school is approved by the Oslo municipality and after a waiting period that ends on 10.11.2025.

Stiftelsen Det norske Diakonhjem har innstilt AF Gruppen som entreprenør for prosjektet Diakonhjemmet Campus i Oslo. Kontrakten vil være en totalentreprise med en verdi på ca. MNOK 1 400 ekskl. mva.

Avtalen omfatter prosjektering og bygging av Diakonhjemmet Campus, herunder bygging av ny videregående skole for helse- og oppvekstfag, høyskolen VID samt felles kjeller for de to skolene inklusive en stor flerbrukshall.
