Entering collaborative contract for the development of Fornebu Sør

AF Gruppen has been awarded a collaborative contract by OBOS Fornebu AS for the development of the new urban area Fornebu Sør in Bærum.

The collaborative contract entails close cooperation between OBOS and AF Gruppen to develop and execute a large-scale residential and commercial project, which includes 510 residential buildings with high ambitions for quality, sustainability, and architecture. The agreement builds on the strong partnership between the parties, including previous collaboration on the Storøykilen project.

Work on phase 1 of the collaboration will commence immediately. Phase 2 (execution) is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2027. The contract value is estimated at NOK 2,000 million excluding VAT and will be included in the order backlog upon potential contract signing for phase 2.

Inngår samspillsentreprise for utvikling av Fornebu Sør

AF Gruppen er tildelt samspillsentreprise av OBOS Fornebu AS for utvikling av det nye byområdet Fornebu Sør i Bærum.

Samspillsentreprisen innebærer tett samarbeid mellom OBOS og AF Gruppen for å utvikle og gjennomføre et større bolig- og næringsprosjekt, som inkluderer 510 boliger med høye ambisjoner for kvalitet, bærekraft og arkitektur. Awarded new contract by Hafslund Celsio

AF Gruppen has been selected as the contractor for the construction of a new technical building and foundations for the carbon capture facility to be built at Hafslund Celsio’s waste incineration plant at Klemetsrud in Oslo. This will be one of the world’s first carbon capture facilities for waste incineration, and the project is part of the Norwegian government’s Longship initiative.

The contract will be a main contract with Hafslund Celsio AS as the client and includes both civil and technical works. Construction will commence during November 2025 with completion in Q4 2028.

Innstilt til ny kontrakt for Hafslund Celsio

AF Gruppen er innstilt som entreprenør for bygging av et nytt teknisk bygg og fundamenter til karbonfangstanlegget som skal etableres ved Hafslund Celsios avfallsforbrenningsanlegg på Klemetsrud i Oslo. Dette blir ett av verdens første karbonfangstanlegg for avfallsforbrenning, og prosjektet inngår i statens Langskip-prosjekt.

Kontrakten vil være en utførelsesentreprise med Hafslund Celsio AS som byggherre og omfatter grunnarbeider, betongarbeider og tekniske arbeider. Arbeidene har oppstart i november 2025 og skal avsluttes i fjerde kvartal 2028.

Rehabilitating the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences

AF Gruppen has been awarded a collaborative contract by Statsbygg for the maintenance and rehabilitation of the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences at Sognsvann in Oslo. The project includes approximately 16,000 square meters of existing building stock, comprising sports facilities, teaching spaces and office areas, along with associated technical installations.

The project will be carried out as a collaborative contract, in close cooperation with Statsbygg and the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences. Phase 1 of the collaboration will commence without delay. Phase 2 (implementation) is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2026, with expected completion in 2028. The total contract value is estimated at NOK 100 million excluding VAT and will be included in the order backlog upon potential signing of the phase 2 contract.

End-to-end decommissioning contract

AF Gruppen has, through its subsidiary AF Offshore Decom and in a joint venture (JV) with THREE60 Energy, been awarded a contract with bp to provide integrated decommissioning services for their Andrew field in the North Sea.

A first of its kind in the UK Continental Shelf, this contract will see the joint venture assume the role of decommissioning services partner. The JV will deliver post cessation of production (CoP) operations, well decommissioning, facilities / pipelines / topsides preparation, substructure and topsides disposal and subsea infrastructure removal. The JV will also work alongside the topsides removal contractor to ensure successful unified delivery of the full decommissioning scope.

The Andrew field is located 225 km northeast of Aberdeen and serves as a central hub for four subsea fields. The facility features a steel structure that integrates both drilling and production facilities, with the topsides weighing approximately 11,100 tonnes and the supporting structure around 7,600 tonnes. The Andrew area includes 17 platform wells, 8 subsea wells, 41 km of subsea bundles, 42 km of umbilicals, and 2,500 tonnes of subsea equipment.

The project will be carried out under a long-term framework agreement. The estimated contract value at the time of contract award is up to NOK 4,000 million excluding VAT. AF Gruppen share of the activity will be approximately 30%. Order intake in AF Offshore Decom at contract award is NOK 250 million.

Kontrakt for helhetlig dekommisjonering

AF Gruppen har, gjennom sitt datterselskap AF Offshore Decom og i et joint venture (JV) med THREE60 Energy, inngått kontrakt med bp for å levere integrerte dekommisjoneringstjenester for deres Andrew-felt i Nordsjøen.

Kontrakten er den første i sitt slag på britisk kontinentalsokkel og innebærer at JV-et får rollen som partner for hele dekommisjoneringsløpet. Selected for construction of Nøkkeland swimming hall

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has been selected by Moss Kommunale Eiendomsselskap KF to carry out the construction of the Nøkkeland swimming hall in Moss. It is a turnkey contract with a value of NOK 124 million excluding VAT.

Contract Awarded by the Swedish Fortifications Agency

HMB Construction, part of AF Gruppen, has been commissioned by the Swedish Fortifications Agency to carry out a construction project at Ärna F16 in Uppsala. The contract value is approximately SEK 112 million, excluding VAT.

The project includes the construction of two shelters, a heated storage facility, a smaller cold storage unit, and a new transformer station. The work will be delivered as a turnkey contract, with high demands on planning, technical documentation, and execution within a classified area. Special consideration must be given to the site conditions, including foundation work on clay and proximity to the river, which requires piling with concrete piles.

Tildelt oppdrag fra Fortifikationsverket

HMB Construction, en del av AF Gruppen, har fått i oppdrag fra Fortifikationsverket å gjennomføre et byggeprosjekt ved Ärna F16 i Uppsala. Kontraktssummen er på ca. MSEK 112 ekskl. mva.

Prosjektet omfatter oppføring av to skur, et oppvarmet lager, et mindre kaldlager samt en ny transformatorstasjon. Arbeidet utføres som en totalentreprise og stiller høye krav til prosjektering, teknisk dokumentasjon og bygging innenfor et område med sikkerhetsklassifisering. Det skal tas særlig hensyn til grunnforholdene, inkludert fundamentering på leire og nærhet til elven, noe som krever peling med betongpeler.

Selected for project at the new Aker Hospital

The Board of Directors of AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) has decided to go through with the Company’s share purchase program for employees.

805 employees have subscribed a total of 1,000,000 shares. The shares are subscribed at a price of NOK 135.00 per share, which corresponds to a 20 per cent discount compared to the average market price during the subscription period.

The Board has also decided to issue 766,831 shares towards Company employees, in accordance with the Power of Attorney given by the General Assembly May 15 2025.

The Company’s share capital will increase by NOK 38,342 after the issue of 766,831 shares with a nominal value of NOK 0.05 per share. When the share issue is completed, the number of shares in AF Gruppen ASA will be 110,056,631. New share capital in AF Gruppen ASA will be NOK 5,502,832.

The sale and issue of shares is expected to be completed by October 31st 2025.

A new certificate of registration will be submitted to Oslo Stock Exchange when it is available.
