I find it very particular that the company still lists the amount of employees on LinkedIn and in the Norwegian business register, combined with almost all employees obviously adding LinkedIn-skills attached to their current position at CrayoNano, tweaking headline and some descriptions, several talking past tense.
However their public activity is almost reduce to zero for any activity. Especially particular is the former R&D lead who just updated current position last week disclosing the CrayoNano position actually ended Dec 2022, and starting new in Jan 2023.
That is probably a deal behind that behavior, or might be of personal reasons, however it is not regular.
This is highly strange, but my hunch is that the employees have signed some contracts including NDAs and severance package deals +++
I have confirmed/intel some employees physically going to the office in Trondheim, but for others, not known.
Why? hard to say, lets hope its for a good outcome, if not, we know the reason for the behavior.
