This talk is about the epitaxy processes used for creating UV-C LEDs, so its very interesting when it comes to talk from such as Osram on the performance and lifetime.
Martin Heilmann, also follows CrayoNano as the only (!) UV-C LED company besides his own.
Weman obviously knows this person, and its not strange. Chairman Uthus told at the Capital Markets Day they had also worked with Dobbertin over several year back (meaning when he worked at Osram). Wonder what type of work they have been doing together.
It was announced fully operative end of year 2022. They announced the Taiwan company creation in Feb 2022 and used the whole year to set up the fab.

My wrong. My understanding was that all capital was going to be used for investments in the factory in Taiwan. Correct answer:
Growth capital will be used for sales acceleration, investments in manufacturing capacity and flexibility, product development and quality, as well as general corporate purposes
Det er vel ikke kun et spørsmål om hvor mange aksjer man har, men i større grad NÅR man anskaffet disse og til hvilken kostnad; jeg har sikker det som kalles relativt få aksjer, men anskaffet disse tidlig og med en snittpris høyt på 20-tallet (nærmere 30!), og da blir det fort penger av det

I find it very particular that the company still lists the amount of employees on LinkedIn and in the Norwegian business register, combined with almost all employees obviously adding LinkedIn-skills attached to their current position at CrayoNano, tweaking headline and some descriptions, several talking past tense.
However their public activity is almost reduce to zero for any activity. Especially particular is the former R&D lead who just updated current position last week disclosing the CrayoNano position actually ended Dec 2022, and starting new in Jan 2023.
That is probably a deal behind that behavior, or might be of personal reasons, however it is not regular.
This is highly strange, but my hunch is that the employees have signed some contracts including NDAs and severance package deals +++
I have confirmed/intel some employees physically going to the office in Trondheim, but for others, not known.
Why? hard to say, lets hope its for a good outcome, if not, we know the reason for the behavior.
