Null risiko ved å ta sjansen her. Så er noen her lei sin faste jobb til nå, så vil jeg oppfordre til et karrierebytte.
Hard to give any reasonable feedback on such far out immature contributions.
You dont know much about this industry or business in general.
Almost starting to wonder if you are joking or trying to influence somehow.
This is a company with competent people with a vast collaboration with global partners, show some respect, not for me, but for yourself. Try to contribute with some facts or analysis, it will benefit forum members and you will learn something. This may come out harsh, but your contributions are ridiculous for the forum, and I think you are just trolling.
Du har tatt feil hele tiden når det gjelder CrayoNano, du har lekt hersker og bedreviter. Skjerp deg!
Competent…? I mean that is a bit of a stretch looking in the mirror isn’t it?
We know several accounts in here are the same people with previous account doing the same.
You dont have any contribution in form of valid arguments, analysis or intel, something that benefits the forum, and your response is attacking.
You just suggested to “take over CrayoNano with a couple of others in here, because you would do much better job” - you cannot expect anybody to take this seriously. That shows your respect for the company, but thats fine for us, but its not contributions with meaningful stuff to discuss.
The company has most likely lost everything for everyone with ordinary stocks. Look at the share price? Even the biggest investors in the company I talk to are pissed and not happy at all. And they own plenty of p.stocks. You have to admit that the case is lost now don’t you?? I understand and feel Midas frustration plenty, get off your high horse.
People in here seem to have some challenges in accepting that the NOTC price is not followed by the board (or the largest investors). Right now the NOTC just fulfills the role to transfer shares based on anything.
Most investors since start, back to 2015-2017 have 14-16 in cost price per share, the capital raise April 2023 was done at 14, and the short term this year was also done at 14,- and even the convertible is done at 14,- (if you ignore the discount in converting loan to pref shares).
Preferred stocks aside, they are the default in the global VC game, and they are default from the first round. CrayoNano just got them now because some investors are willing to not dump the price and steal the company, and thats why they ask for at least getting the pri to get potential win first. All types of shareholders have been given the same opportunity to participate in the round, at the same ratio (pro rata). I would say this is fair.
If you think building a global deep tech company is a linear process isolated from world events, then you should not invest in such cases, and stick to index funds.
Dude… Good luck! We will all probably all loose our money, they will not raise enough money this round is my best guess! I have 15000 ordinary stocks left, and it’s less then 1% of my total portfolio, mainly index, thank god!
I hope you’re right, but this affects all of us. It can’t be—we’ll have one round of preference stocks, and anyone who isn’t with us is off the boat. We don’t like the way you’re buying and selling our stocks. Have you looked at the other stocks and NTG? It’s a disaster. All the major shareholders and close investors of Rinnan are now completely locked in, with no way out. They’re furious, and with good reason. The situation is much bigger and messier than Crayonano. That’s just one they’ll let go for cheap, and there are things not yet public that could be terrible for the company
You are now stating you talk with the “biggest investors in the company” and “they are furious” , “they let go for cheap” and again the returning topic of “things not yet public that could be terrible for the company”.
With all due respect, this is a lot, but how can you be trusted about this, how can anybody in here be ensured to trust this? Do you expected us to believe this, when you deny to disclose anything.
@SuperTechInfo what planet are you on?
Ordinary shares will be worth nothing, only pref shares can get something back if they manage to sell assets
@Bingo123 Do you believe the company can be sold for more than $17M USD?
If no, what is that based on?
Why do think you can buy shares for 0,1
What have the management proved so far when it comes to talks with industrial players/buyers. The answer is 0
Last time when they got pref shares money in all the dialogs they had crashed.
So why are they still holding on to 14 per share in capital raise instead of following the last trading price on NOTC? Why dont they just do a capital raise on 0.1NOK per share?
In other companies in Norway, they would dump the price and dilute to none with either new investor or a combo a long time ago, so why are they not doing it, and instead still providing more capital?
What are your thoughts on that? @Bingo123
They want to steer this to a sale of assets
And then they can share the money with mostly the largest investors with preference shares
Enough money to keep it floating until they have sold assets
They have understood that they can’t grow the company organically because they don’t get enough money to do it
So they need to see what they can sell the company for now and then those with preference shares will get something back from their investment
Its been in the cards for over a year that they would sell, its not been publicly disclosed, but now it is.
You are implying the company will be sold for less than $17M USD?
Hopefully not. I don’t have enough competence to say yes or no to that
But a buyer would be in a fantastic position, so it can be low I fear. If they manage to sell it at all…
They thought they had a buyer when they raised money with pref shares before summer. But it all collapsed. The only difference now is that they have approval to sell assets
Dont you think they already got buyer?
