At least they state that they have no active dialogues on that now, but will explore with a professional agent after new year. And they need money while that process is ongoing

Have you seen the last update @SuperTechInfo ?

Why do think potential buyer around summertime canceled everything?
And why do think they suddenly have one now ?

I have read everything yes.

@SuperTechInfo And even though they say in that update they don’t have any active dialogues with potential buyers of anything now, you still think they have ? And that the project they will start with the agent is not real ?

And I can assure you that it is correct that the largest investors have given up on the ordinary shares. Some will buy preference shares to see if it’s possible to get some money back

It an art in writing those kinds of updates being both concrete, vague and assuring at the same time. They say no “firm” interest, companies often use such phrasing when they are in negotiations or exploratory talks but haven’t reached a point where the potential buyers or investors are ready to make a definitive offer.

What do you think of Dobbertin and the US board member leaving right before the sales process?

Can you prove that you have close communications with the largest investors - like @Apple

I think Dobbertin leaves because he doesn’t want to be a part of this situation
His bet was the dialogue they had with the industrial players.

You seem to be not very connected with this tragical and serious situation. Call them and hear it yourself.

So you believe he was specifically hired by potential acquirer during spring/summer that supposedly fell through? What about he just finished the process of preparing this actual sale?

No I think he is an honest man and believed in the company and the dialogues they had. And then he has been very disappointed for numerous reasons and decided to leave.

Okey, thank you for exchanging some of your thoughts.
I lean towards he fulfilled his actual work as in optimizing/preparing, it doesnt make sense to let go such a resourceful person by a mistaken sale which is not his fault (if that is what happened), then he would continue. I think the sale is still ongoing and moving to the next phase. They would either way hire external advisory for sales to China anyway, and they stated it first now. Dobbertin wouldt sell the company on his own. I think his task was restructuring efforts might have been focused on making the company more attractive to buyers (e.g., cost-cutting, clarifying IP ownership, and operational streamlining).

Or do you have 100% trustworthy sources who knows for sure it was something else, where is the failed acquisition story coming from anyway?

From the update when they said the negotiations with industrial players didn’t lead to anything. The player decided not to do it. That’s why we are in this situation

Thats not a confirmation for a specific ongoing failed acquisition with a player?

As I have understood it it was about the selling the company
Anyway it didn’t happen so now they need money to keep the ship floating until they hopefully manage to sell assets.

You are referring to a failed acquisition with a specific player.
They company has actually never mentioned anything about what kind of processes they have or have not been in, just stated broad set of possible ways.

A rumor?

What do you think it was?

I think if people discussing a failed acquisition with a specific player and they were in a process, is something that cannot be verified, even if somebody “heard it” from someone, and is this “someone” actually identified. It would be a rumor.

Thats why if nobody got real evidence for that failed acquisition, I think Dobbertin just did his job prepping and facilitating the company for a sale, and the process has moved on, thats why we heard about for the first time mentioned that they are aiming for a sale to China, and I believe the process has went on more then has been communicated.

From “failed customer pay”, to "we have fixed it and “positive developments we remain confident in our ongoing efforts to strengthen the company and capitalize on future opportunities.”, then suddenly “we are selling to China”.

The money runway is a challenge yes, but I think sale has been a planned process all the way, thats why they need money to land it and a lot of checkpoints before goal.

I dont think they planned to grow the company organically to break even, because they went from “the pipeline is so good” and 2 months later “the market is consolidating so we believe in the business if consolidation in the supply chain”. I believe this is just narrative building to gradually preparing shareholders.

Well I think some people here have talked about and rationalized why they see all signals for the company to be acquired
It has been going on for a year here I think.

We have a different view on this. I think they where close in the summer
Now they are not close, but think it can be possible to sell assets, but they need time and professional help to attract, connect and execute

@SuperTechInfo
Din måte å kommunisere på minner meg om en person. Som ikke eide noen aksjer, men var veldig aktiv i dette forumet og skrev positivt om selskapet.
Forskjellen er at nå kommuniseres det i Engelsk. Ellers store likheter.

Yes, its interesting to discuss yes.

However the “story” about failed attempt is probably something thats not good to keep telling.

Ja får også en følelse om at det er en agenda her @Macken_123
