Operational Highlights:

Technological Breakthroughs Drove Record Growth in Installations

· Increased Production Capacity: Achieved a sixfold increase in LNC production
capacity with a new compact, lightweight prototype, enhancing deployment
efficiency and scalability.
· Record Number of Installations: Field-testing the new prototype drove a
record number of installations, significantly reducing project execution time
and costs.
· Enhanced Agility and Scale-Up Readiness: The prototype’s high capacity and
lightweight design improve mobility, opening profitable pathways to more diverse
projects and facilitating the transition from pilots to larger deployments.

Increased Pilot Acquisition Rate and Expanded Markets in the United States

· Accelerated Pilot Acquisition: Accelerated the pilot acquisition rate,
expanding the U.S. project portfolio from 29 to 38 projects, with strong
performance in citrus, dates, vineyards, and landscaping.
· Direct to Larger-Scale Pilots: Several projects bypassed small-scale tests
and moved directly to extended (stage 2) pilots, demonstrating increased market
confidence.
· Expansion in High-Value Markets: Significant progress in golf courses and
sports fields, with multiple new pilots and promising early results, paving the

Accelerated Regulatory Integration and Solidified Position in the Middle East

· Regulatory Framework Integration: Progressing toward integrating LNC into

· Operational Readiness in Saudi Arabia: Both of Desert Control’s licensed
operators are now fully operational with offices, production capacity, and

Financial Highlights:

In the first half of 2024, Desert Control executed a record number of
installations, increased LNC deployment volumes, and doubled LNC revenue
compared to the same period the previous year. This progress reflects enhanced
operational efficiency, driven by the new prototype LNC production system, the
integration of LNC application with irrigation systems, a more streamlined
organization, and learnings from the implementation of pilots and projects.

· Revenue Increase: LNC revenue in Q2 2024 was MNOK 0,5, compared to MNOK 0,02
in Q2 2023. For the first half of 2024, LNC revenue totaled MNOK 1,8, up from
MNOK 0,8 in the first half of 2023, driven by larger-scale deployments and an
increased volume of pilots and project installations.
· Improved EBITDA: Operational efficiency improvements and the transition to a
licensed operator model in the Middle East contributed to an EBITDA result of
MNOK -16 in Q2 2024, an improvement from MNOK -19.5 in Q2 2023. For the first
half, EBITDA improved to MNOK -30.4 from MNOK -42.9 in the same period last
year.
· Cash Position: Desert Control ended Q2 2024 with a cash balance of MNOK 91,
compared to MNOK 42 in Q2 2023. The company continues to operate with no
interest-bearing debt.

The growth in project volume and LNC deployment, combined with improved EBITDA
figures, underscores the enhanced efficiency of operations. The ability to
handle larger volumes at a reduced cost base positions Desert Control to
maintain healthy margins as the company scales up.

The appointment of Mr. Eismark follows a recruitment process initiated by the
board in March 2024. After formally joining as a board member following the
annual general meeting in June, he spent the past five months immersing himself

understanding of Desert Control’s pioneering work in soil health and water

at the Country Club’s prestigious golf course located in the Berkeley Hills
above the community of El Cerrito, California.

This agreement, subject to successful initial validation phases, aims to
implement Desert Control’s water conservation technology across the entire 63
-acre golf course. This marks a significant milestone for Desert Control, as its
first commitment to a full-course deployment in the United States.

The agreement’s structure includes initial validation stages to ensure the
technology’s efficacy on Berkeley Country Club’s golf course. Based on
successful outcomes, full deployment is anticipated in the second half of 2025.
The agreement is based on an outcome-based business model that generates monthly
recurring revenue (MRR) for Desert Control calculated on achieved water savings.
Subject to the successful outcome, the contract value over the initial five-year
agreement term has the potential to exceed NOK 6 million for the Company, with
significant economic value creation for Berkley Country Club driven by future
water savings.

DSRT Q3 and YTD 2024: Company Update Summary

Desert Control continued its positive momentum in the third quarter of 2024,
achieving milestones in market expansion and pilot progress, as well as
generating its first licensing revenues from the Middle East. The company has
year to date more than doubled deployed LNC volume, revenue, and pipeline value
compared to the same period in 2023. Based on the current development of pilots
and sales pipeline supported by groundbreaking technological advances, the
company anticipates multiple complete golf courses fully deployed in 2025,
several phase 2 deployments in high-value agriculture in the United States, and
growing revenue streams from the Middle East.

The past quarter saw strong results from pilots in agriculture and landscaping,
supporting negotiations for larger commercial projects in the United States.
Growing traction in the Middle East further strengthens the foundation for
growth under the royalty-based licensed operator model. Further, the post
-quarter event of securing commitment for the first full-scale golf course
deployment under a new outcome-based business model marks an important
milestone.

Operational Highlights:

Solid Pilot Results Strengthen Validation and Support Negotiations for Larger
Contracts in the United States

· Landscaping Success in the U.S.: Landscaping pilots in California achieved
over 25% irrigation savings, with some clients reporting water reductions
exceeding 50%. These results drive negotiations for larger contracts as high
water costs continue to rise.
· First Contract for a Complete Golf Course: On November 8th, Desert Control
signed an agreement with Berkeley Country Club with potential value exceeding
NOK 6 million under a new outcome-based business model, marking the first
commitment for full-course LNC deployment in the U.S.
· Agricultural Gains: Harvest data from an LNC-treated date farm in Arizona
showed nearly double the yield, underscoring LNC’s economic impact on high-value
permanent crops and supporting Desert Control’s agricultural market expansion.

First Licensing Royalties from the Middle East

· Revenue Milestone: Desert Control recorded its first licensing royalties
from the Middle East. While modest, this revenue marks the beginning of a
scalable revenue stream following the strategic shift to a royalty-based
licensed operator model for the region.
· New Contracts and Expanding Pilots: A new contract for 1.8 million liters of
LNC was secured for a UAE real estate project. Landscape nursery pilots in the
UAE and Saudi Arabia demonstrate LNC’s effectiveness in the growing sustainable
landscape management sector.

R&D and Technology Advancements Strengthen Delivery Capabilities for Current and
Future Pipeline

· Syngenta Partnership Accelerates R&D: Collaboration with Syngenta has shown
promising lab results of synergies with LNC. Field trials in the Middle East,
set for Q4 2024, aim to further validate the impact on soil health, crop yields,
and water efficiency.
· Next-Gen Production System Progress & Siemens Partnership: Development of
the next-generation LNC production system is on track, with capacity nearing the
targeted 120,000 liters per hour. Achieving this milestone capacity will unlock
large-scale opportunities that require high volumes within short time windows,
enabling projects previously out of reach.

Financial Highlights:
In the first nine months of 2024, Desert Control reached a record number of
installations, increased LNC deployment volumes, and more than doubled LNC
revenue compared to the previous year. These achievements highlight enhanced
operational efficiency driven by the new prototype LNC production system,
streamlined integration with irrigation systems, and insights gained from pilots
and prior projects.

· Revenue Increase: Year-to-date LNC revenue totaled NOK 1.88 million, more
than doubling from the same period in 2023. Total revenue and other income for
Q3 2024 was NOK 0.18 million, up from NOK 0.01 million in Q3 2023.
· EBITDA Improvement: For the first nine months of 2024, EBITDA improved to
NOK -44.95 million from NOK -60.81 million in the same period last year. Q3 2024
EBITDA was NOK -14.16 million, an improvement from NOK -17.9 million in Q3 2023,
driven by efficiencies from transitioning to the licensed operator model.
· Cash Position: The company ended the quarter with a cash balance of NOK 75
million, compared to NOK 35 million at the same time last year. The company
continues to operate with no interest-bearing debt.

The growth in project volume and LNC deployment, combined with improved EBITDA
figures, underscores the enhanced efficiency of operations. The ability to
handle larger volumes at a reduced cost base positions Desert Control to
maintain healthy margins as the company scales up.

Outlook:
With solid progress in the U.S. and Middle East, Desert Control is positioned to
transition pilot projects into larger contracts and expand LNC adoption in the
year ahead. The upcoming readiness of the next-generation LNC production system,
solid R&D progress to expand LNC’s impact on soil health, and strengthened
partnerships will further strengthen the company’s foundation and accelerate
progress in bringing economical, scalable, and sustainable solutions for soil
health and water conservation to global markets. Looking ahead, 2025 is set to

A total of 2,250,000 share options, equal to 4.2% of the total shares issued in
the Company have been granted with 1,500,000 and 750,000 options to Mr. Eismark
and Mr. Sivertsen respectively. The options will have a three-year vesting
period, with initial vesting on the first anniversary of the option grant.
Vesting is conditional on the option holder remaining engaged by the Company.
For Mr. Eismark, the vesting of options is subject to continuing the position of
Executive Chairman.

Subject to vesting, each option provides the option holder a right to subscribe
or acquire one share in Desert Control AS at a strike price of NOK 5. The strike
price is equal to the closing price for the Company’s shares on Euronext Growth
Oslo on 4 December 2024, which is the date of the grant.

The option grant supports the company’s transition and commitment to
accelerating the development of its LNC technology, improving soil health,
conserving natural resources, and creating long-term value through advanced R&D.
The company’s ambitions assume the services of highly competent key personnel
and that Desert Control can provide attractive terms. With the option grant, the
executive personnel will align their interests with shareholders to fuel further
efforts toward sustainable growth and position the Company as a leader to
deliver innovative, economical solutions to address global environmental
challenges.

The option agreements set out further terms and conditions for the grant,
including in case of termination of employment and cancellation of non-exercised
options in case of breach of contract or bad leaver situations, accelerated

conservation solution across 43 acres of WHCC’s golf course located in Woodland
Hills, California.

The agreement is structured around an outcome-based business model that
generates monthly recurring revenue (MRR) for Desert Control, calculated on
achieved water savings with aligned incentives between both parties to maximize
results. The total contract value for Desert Control has the potential to exceed
NOK 8.5 million, contingent on achieving a minimum of 25% water savings over
five years, representing significant economic benefits for Woodland Hills
Country Club, as water cost has become by far the largest operational expense
and continues to rise every year.

deep historical roots in the golf industry that shares our vision for

Liquid Natural Clay (LNC) technology in Iraq, focusing on sustainable food
production and efficient water resource management.

Funded by a grant from the WFP Innovation Accelerator, the six-month pilot will
be executed in collaboration with Desert Control’s regional partner, Soyl
(formerly named Mawarid Desert Control, part of Abu Dhabi-based Mawarid
Holding), and the WFP Iraq Country Office. The project will target the
enablement of agricultural cultivation under harsh desert conditions at a site
managed by the Iraqi Ministry of Agriculture’s Department of Forestry and
Combating Desertification. The initiative aims to demonstrate LNC’s capacity to
improve soil health, reduce water consumption, and convert low-value
agricultural land into fertile areas suitable for high-value crops.

right to subscribe one share in the Company. The Company has resolved to settle
80,000 options with cash consideration to allow the beneficiary to settle taxes.
After the tax settlement, the Company shall deliver a total of 120,000 shares to
Ole Kristian Sivertsen.

The rights exercised will be settled by issuance of new shares in the Company.
Following the exercise, the Board of Directors, pursuant to the authorization
granted by the Company’s Annual General Meeting, has decided to increase the
Company’s share capital by NOK 360 by issuing 120,000 new shares of par value
NOK 0.003. Subsequent to the transaction, Desert Control’s share capital will be
NOK 161,243.93 divided into 53,747,977 shares, each share having a par value of
NOK 0.003 and carrying one vote in the Company’s general meeting.

deploy Desert Control’s Liquid Natural Clay (LNC) solution across 160 acres of
organic Medjool date palms at Oasis Date’s Corn Springs Ranch in California.

The deployment, valued at NOK 1.5 million, follows a successful pilot project
launched in July 2024 for 13 acres of date palms. The pilot demonstrated
significant improvements in water retention, soil health, and overall
performance. This expanded 160-acre deployment, scheduled for completion in Q1
2025, represents a key milestone in scaling Desert Control’s innovative soil and
water conservation technology across Oasis Date’s operations.

This?improvement, however, is even more significant than the headline figures
suggest, demonstrating?a substantial improvement in the Company’s core
operations.

In?Q4 2023, EBITDA was?positively impacted by a one-time NOK 15.5 million gain
from discontinued operations, inflating reported EBITDA to?NOK 0.76 million. In
comparison,?Q4 2024 EBITDA was NOK -11.99 million. Excluding this one-off,
Desert Control’s EBITDA improvement is close to NOK 19 million for 2024 full
year.

In conclusion,?the Company’s burn rate remains lower than last year?and?aligns
with previous projections, confirming that the?current cash runway, excluding
revenues, extends into Q4 2025 as planned.

Cash Position:?Desert Control ended?2024 with NOK 64 million in cash, compared
to NOK 75?million at the end of Q3 2024 and NOK 119 million at the end of 2023.
The company continues to operate?with no interest-bearing debt.

The combination of doubling revenue, improved EBITDA, and maintaining a cash
position without debt underscores Desert Control’s ability to scale efficiently.
Advancements in production technology, including the next-generation LNC
production system, are expected to strengthen profitability further and support
growth as the company scales its operations and deployments in 2025.

Outlook:

Desert Control enters 2025 with?strong momentum, scaling from?pilot projects to
larger-scale commercial deployments?across?golf, agriculture, and urban
landscaping. The?next-generation production system remains on track for mid

expansion follows a successful small-plot pilot on the Nicklaus Private Course,
where Desert Control’s solution delivered measurable improvements in water
efficiency, energy savings, soil quality, and turf health.

The new project will expand deployment from a single tee box to approximately
four acres, including tee boxes, fairway, rough, and mounds fronting residential
zones. This marks a significant progression to Stage 2 of Desert Control’s three
-stage deployment model, which is designed to support high-value clients in
moving from technical validation to full-scale commercial rollouts.

“This expansion reflects the tangible value our solution brings to clients
managing large, water-intensive landscapes,” said Managing Director of Desert
Control Americas, Marty Weems. “PGA WEST’s decision to scale up this program is
a strong signal of confidence and aligns directly with our strategy to convert
pilot success into commercial deployment across entire golf properties. Our
team is energized by the enthusiasm with which users are talking about what they
observe from the impact of LNC.”

The small-plot pilot, implemented during the summer of 2024, continues to
demonstrate water savings greater than 25% and noticeable reductions in energy
use for pumps and irrigation systems. Treated turf also showed faster
germination and recovery, stronger resilience under stress, and improved visual
performance - while maintaining world-class playability. In addition, soil
salinity decreased, soil health improved, and operational strain on irrigation
infrastructure was reduced. These validated results have prompted PGA WEST to
now move forward with implementing this four acre treatment project in the
second quarter of 2025, and to further conclude on full-course deployment
decisions before the end of the year.

PGA WEST spans over 2,000 acres in La Quinta, California, and includes nine
championship golf courses designed by legends such as Jack Nicklaus, Arnold
Palmer, Pete Dye, Greg Norman, and Tom Weiskopf. It is home to thousands of
residences and serves as a host venue for The American Express PGA TOUR event.

Owned in partnership with HKI America, Inc and managed by co-owners, Century
Golf Partners (CGP), PGA WEST represents a strategic reference for Desert
