Reference is made to the offer document dated 19 February 2020 (the “Offer Document”) regarding Tencent Holdings Limited (“Tencent”) through the indirectly owned subsidiary Tencent Cloud Europe B.V. (the “Offeror”) recommended voluntary offer for all the outstanding shares in Funcom SE (“Funcom”) against a settlement in cash of NOK 17.00 per share (the “Offer”) as described in the Offer Document and the announcement made on 25 March 2020 regarding preliminary results of the Offer.
Final counting of acceptances shows that shareholders holding 54,952,816 shares in Funcom, representing approximately 67.55% of the issued and outstanding shares in Funcom, have accepted the Offer. Together with shares already owned by the Offeror, this represents in total 77,294,037 (95.02%) of the issued and outstanding shares and voting rights in Funcom.
