Usikker, standard er 60% belåning eksempelvis gjennom obligasjoner og eller banklån. Det kan godt tenkes at noe av flåten selges før capex på $154 + potensielt 28m (opsjoner) i Q2 2020. Da gjenstår det capex på: ca $410m i 2018 og 2019.

Både Blystad og Fredly er aksjonærer i Maritime and Merchant Bank og Hunter Group.

HUNT:FÅR MANGE FORESPØRSLER OM SAMMENSLÅINGER OG HANDLER -FREDLY
Oslo (TDN Direkt): Hunter Group får mange forespørsler for sammenslåinger eller handler, ifølge styremedlem Arne Fredly.

-Vi har også fått mer enn tre forespørsler for timechartere på 35.000 dollar pr dag for tre år pluss 1 pluss 1 opsjoner, sier han under Paretos Oil & Offshore-konferanse, onsdag.

Han sier videre at de venter at VLCC-markedet vil være godt om ett år, selv om de amerikanske sanksjonene mot Iran kanselleres.

  • Men dette er en joker. National Iranian Tanker Company (NITC) sine skip kan komme til å gå i Kina-trade, men de kan i hvert fall ikke leases ut eller selges, sier han.

Ellers sier Fredly at han ikke tror man vil se lavere VLCC-nybyggspriser enn bunnen man har hatt nå, som er på om lag 81 millioner dollar, selv om markedet blir verre.

-Dette er begrenset hvor mye bankene tillater verftene å tape, sier han.

Knyttet til overholdelse av International Maritime Organizations (IMO) sulfatkrav, som innføres i januar 2020, sier Fredly at han tror de store oljeselskapene vil straffe selskaper som ikke overholder kravene.

-Selskapene har ikke råd til dette, sier han.

Arne Fredly, board member of Hunter Group ASA, has today bought 190,926 shares
in Hunter Group ASA to a price of NOK 3.20 per share through his wholly owned
company Apollo Asset Limited. After this purchase, Apollo Asset Ltd. owns
100,123,237 shares which constitutes 26.01 % of the outstanding shares in Hunter
Group ASA.

Hunter Group ASA appointed Senior Technical Advisor for Hartree Maritime Partners LLC

October 24, 2018 - Hartree Maritime Partners LLC have appointed Hunter Group ASA
as their Senior Technical Advisor. Hunter Group ASA will provide technical
newbuild supervision services in respect of Hartree’s four VLCC vessels to be
constructed at Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co. Ltd., between
November 2018 and April 2020. The Senior Technical Advisor will use its best
efforts to ensure that the Hartree Vessels and the Hunter Vessels are identical
to the maximum extent possible.

“Hunter Group is very pleased to have been given the opportunity to provide
newbuilding supervision services to Hartree. We believe this agreement will
provide both companies with significant cost savings and synergies. Our
experienced technical team is now responsible for the building supervision of 11
“sister vessels” all to be constructed at “DSME” between October 2018 and August
2020. Hunter Group ASA is also very pleased to have found a partner that shares
the same high standards in business practices and we look forward to working
with Hartree on this venture,” says Erik Frydendal, CEO of Hunter Group.

“Hartree Maritime Partners LLC is equally pleased to be working with Hunter
Group ASA in provision of technical newbuild supervision for the construction of
the eleven sister DSME VLCC vessels. It is Hartree and Hunter’s intention to
form a new scrubber fitted pool to operate this fleet of eleven eco VLCC
vessels. By combining Hartree’s global Trading and Chartering experience and
Hunter’s technical knowledge this pool will serve to minimize operational costs
whilst maximizing earnings. We will be working with other scrubber fitted VLCC

Hunter Group ASA (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned
subsidiary Hunter Tankers AS has entered into an agreement to purchase one (1)
additional scrubber fitted 300,000 dwt eco design VLCC from Daewoo Shipbuilding
& Marine Engineering Co., Ltd., Hull No. 5470. The vessel will be outfitted with
a SOx scrubber from Wärtsilä. Delivery is scheduled for July 2020 and payment
terms are: Ten percent (10%) upon issuance of Refund Guarantee, ten percent
(10%) in October 2019, ten percent (10%) upon Keel Laying, ten percent (10%)
upon Launching and sixty percent (60%) upon delivery of the vessel.

In addition, Hunter Tankers is pleased to announce an advancement of the
delivery of hull no. 5465, 5466 and 5467 by a total of four months.

Delivery times are now scheduled as follows:

5465 shall be advanced to middle of March 2020 (from May 2020).

5466 shall be advanced to end of May 2020 (from June 2020).

5467 shall be advanced to middle of July 2020 (from August 2020).

Finally, Hunter Tankers AS has received a further extension of declaration of
the existing options until January 15th, 2019. This option is for up to three
(3) vessels with delivery in 1H/2021.

“We are very pleased to have reached an agreement with DSME for the acquisition
of one additional vessel at what we consider to be a very attractive price and
delivery time. With this acquisition we have eight sister vessels under
construction at DSME, all outfitted with scrubbers from market leading producer
Wärtsilä. We also greatly appreciate DSME in accepting our request for earlier
deliveries for vessel nos. 5465/66/67. This will enable us to have a larger
fleet of world class quality tonnage operational earlier, in what we believe
will be a strong tanker market. Furthermore, we are very pleased to further
build on our strong and close relationship with DSME, a quality builder of
VLCCs.”, said Erik Frydendal, CEO of Hunter Group.

Group through this additional newbuilding deal after seven VLCC newbuilding
orders already having been placed. We appreciate Hunter Group and Mr. Fredly’s
