Har økt posisjonen i Nano kraftig i dag. Ser det som mer sannsynlig med stor økning i NANO enn i NAS, så derfor ble det sånn.

Etter min mening er det ARCHER-1 som burde gi grunnlag for en reprising. Slik jeg har forstått det vil et 1 1b studie i ARCHER-1 kunne gjennomføres raskt og med fleksibilitet når det gjelder alternative doseringer. Lisa bekreftet at på Q1 at ARCHER -1 vil soim utgangspunkt bli kjørt i Norge. Tipper at studien ikke blir veldig omfattende før man gå i gang med fase 2. Dersom1b studiet gir sterke data vil forhåpentligvis bla DNB oppjustere hvilke markedsandeler man legger til grunn. Såvidt jeg husker skrev Ling etter ASH i 2017 at han satte LOA på ARCHER-1 og FL 2 segmentet til 50 %. Men han nedjusterte markedsandel til 15% pga konkurransesituasjonen.
Analytikeres skjønnsmessige prosentfastsettelser av LOA og markedspenestrasjon bør man ta for det det er- skjønnsmessig.
Jeg er for øvrig enig med dem som synes det er pussig at LOA for et positivt utfall av Paradigme ikke er høyere enn 50 prosent.
Ling har truffet bra på noen svenske biotech bla Wilson som han var bull på over lang tid og som nylig ble kjøpt opp. Det virker som om han ikke følger Nano og Targovax like tett.
Utrolig hvor mye “køl” som brukes for å holde denne i sjakk.
Legg til DLBCL, samt endelige resultater for LYMRIT 37-01, så har du noen faktorer som VIL påvirke kursen kraftig. Det later til at mange har gitt opp 20/100, noe jeg tror er en total feilvurdering…

Nordic Nanovector Announces Archer-1 Trial of Betalutin® plus Rituximab in 2L Follicular Lymphoma Approved to Start in Norway

Nordic Nanovector ASA (OSE: NANO) has received approval from the Regional Committees for Medical and Health Research Ethics (REK) in Norway with regard to the Clinical Trial Application (CTA) for the Archer-1 Phase 1b trial with Betalutin® (177Lu-satetraxetan-lilotomab) in combination with rituximab in second-line follicular lymphoma patients (2L FL).
Nordic Nanovector has now received all necessary approvals to begin Archer-1 in Norway and will commence start-up activities immediately. Archer-1 is a Phase 1b clinical trial designed to investigate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic and preliminary efficacy of the Betalutin®/rituximab combination in approx. 20 2L FL patients, and the study will initially be conducted in Norway. Further countries are expected to be added later. The first patient is expected to be dosed in the second half of 2018.

Flaks i uflaks. Hadde satt meg til å hanke inn noen tusen til da meldingen kom. Fikk hanket noe på 59,90, dog kun halvannen krone mer enn det jeg hadde planlagt å betale. Skitt au, dette blir greit utover sommeren og høsten., mildt sagt.

@Hakon observert. Nettopp solgt huset og på vei til megleren for å realisere tap i TRVX og HAMSTRE NANO.
Kjipt å bli forbikjørt av en varebil, men madrassen på taket gjør noe med luftmotstanden.
