Funcom N.V. announces that Mr. Rui Casais has been
appointed CEO of the Company. Mr. Casais brings more
than 10 years of hands-on expertise creating video
games in several roles, including CTO of Funcom and
most recently as Managing Director of Funcom N.V.
Rui Casais has been an integral part of the
Executive Team of Funcom since 2008 and knows the
people and inner workings of the company very well.
He possesses deep technical expertise and management
skills, in addition to a strong business acumen. He
holds a degree in Computer Science and Engineering
from University of Lisbon. Mr. Casais will assume
his new responsibilities at Funcom N.V. from 13th
May 2015.

General Meeting of Shareholders(1).

In addition to the appointment of Mr. Casais, the
Company also announces that the LEGO Minifigures
Online game will be transitioning from a free-to-
play to a buy-to-play business model and that its
gameplay experience will be adapted to accommodate
such a change. The change will take place during
summer 2015 and has the objective of better aligning
the revenue generation mechanics with the target
audience. Funcom will also be releasing the game for
a selection of iOS and Android devices this summer.

(1) Mr. Michel Cassius has resigned from his
position as Managing Board Member of Funcom N.V.
The Supervisory Board of Funcom N.V. has accepted
Mr. Cassius resignation and has proposed him to
rejoin the Supervisory Board. The decision is
pending the approval from the Annual General Meeting
of Shareholders that will be held on 26th June 2015.
