The conditions for the share purchase have been met, and as such Codee Holding AS has today acquired 24,505,772 shares at the agreed terms (adjusted for dividend).
Codee Holding AS is controlled by Jesper Melin Ganc-Petersen, Chairman of the Board, and primary insider. Following the acquisition of shares Codee Holding AS owns 120,044,181 shares, corresponding to 60.36% of the outstanding shares in PatientSky Group AS.
