Ja USA i godlune igår, asiatisk monster rally inatt og grønn oljepris på dårlige tall, vi får neppe bedre utgangspunkt for en bull dag enn hva vi nå har.
Edit : oljeprisen er pr nå nesten 2 dollar høyere enn hva den var da ose stengte i går
Edit : 2 dollar høyere var å ta litt hardt i, men høyere er den vertfall : )
Vedrørende Fredriksens salg i MHG, hvor skal han putte penga?
Seadrill, Golden Ocean f.eks. Nok problemer der i gården. Han bruker å stille opp for selskapene “sine”.

KVÆRNER ASA: KVAERNER REACHES SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT WITH AMEC FOSTER WHEELER

2 March 2016 - Kvaerner North American Construction Inc. (Kvaerner NAC), a
subsidiary of Kvaerner, and Amec Foster Wheeler North America Corp. have
reached a settlement of all claims related to the Longview Power Project. The
final settlement will result in a cash payment to Kvaerner NAC of USD 70
million, and an anticipated positive currency accounting effect of
approximately NOK 200 million within discontinued operations in Kvaerners
income statement.
This settlement concludes the arbitration awarded in October 2015. This
agreement also terminates the court proceedings instituted by Kvaerner NAC to
confirm and Amec Foster Wheeler North America Corps motion to vacate/modify
the arbitration award.

Nei, men eg lettet meg noe siste ukene, rundt kr 2, desse skal eg innigjen med, men venter å ser litt utvikling.
Canacol betalte 1,70 for sin del da dei kjøpte 25% av Iox, gjennom eierskap i Andes holding, så det burde kanskje være en bunn, men er nok noe usikkerhet rundt dette oppgjøret fra TOG, men antar at dette er noe også Canacol visste om på tidspunktet dei gjennomførte sin handel.
Litt kjipt nå, men det må da snu ?
Eg har hatt noe kontakt pr Mail med selskapet, men siste Mail har eg ikke fått noe svar på, der har blandt anna stil spørsmål knyttet til nevnte tog oppgjør, og også hva som menes med :

Vi får se, eg har sterk tro på at dette kan snues, og at vi får mer positiv retning etterhvert, men det trengs oppdatering knyttet til lisensene og uteblivelsen av tog oppgjøret

Det var nok ikke den bedste beslutning og tidspunkt og slippe mine QEC aktier, men svært og ramme rigtigt hver gang og må ellers sige at det har været et godt år indtil videre (med fare for at jinkse)

Ellers kunne eg tenkt meg Qec, men ikke så lenge Iox går såpass dårlig som den gjør.
Mulig eg tar mer i Rec, men må se ann litt hvordan Iox blir fremover, den blei blytung og eg må være forsiktig med hva eg gjør

Synes synd på de som rota seg bort i denne på toppen. Den viser med all tydelighet at selv i selskaper som ser solide ut, kan ting gå fryktelig galt. Lav sannsynlighet selvfølgelig for 90+% fall, men den er ikke 0.

03/03-2016 13:16:00: (BULKIN, BULKINO.ST) Bulk Invest ASA - Petition for bankruptcy
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements made by Bulk Invest ASA
(“Bulk Invest” or the “Company”) on 8, 15 and 26 February 2016 regarding the
restructuring of the Company’s liabilities related to its chartered-in fleet.
Over the past month, the board and management of the Company have worked
intensively to achieve a successful restructuring of the Company’s liabilities
for the benefit of the Company’s creditors and shareholders. In cooperation with
its financial advisor, the Company has explored a number of different
restructuring alternatives, and the Company’s senior management and financial
advisor have met with ship owners, intermediaries and financial creditors in
Norway and Japan.
The final restructuring proposal presented to the ship owners included immediate
cash payments to the ship owners, the continuance of the Bulk Invest group’s
charter parties at rates significantly above the current market, and an
envisaged recapitalisation of the Company in the amount of approximately 40
MUSD. All creditors were given the opportunity to maintain their existing rights
and claims.
The proposed restructuring would unquestionably have been beneficial to all key
stakeholders, and a significant number of the vessel owners have accepted, or
confirmed their keen interest in, the proposal. Moreover, the Company has
through its financial advisor received firm interest in the proposed
recapitalisation of the Company from reputable players in the industry.
However, as communicated through press release from Kyllingstad Kleveland
Advokatfirma DA on 25 February 2016, seven ship owners represented by one
trading house have filed an injunction to reverse the Company’s sale of Western
Bulk Chartering AS. The same ship owners have also firmly rejected the
restructuring efforts of the Company. Regrettably, the board of directors of the
Company has therefore come to the conclusion, after several extensions and
attempts of dialogue, that there is no longer a basis for the Company to proceed
with its restructuring efforts, and consequently, that there is no longer a
basis for continued operations.
As the assumption of a going concern cannot be upheld, the Company will
immediately file a petition for bankruptcy.
The board of directors of the Company’s subsidiary Bulk Shipowning IV AS has
reached the same decision to file for bankruptcy, whereas the respective boards
of the Company’s remaining subsidiaries have decided to continue their
restructuring efforts for the time being.
As a consequence of the bankruptcy petition, all trading of the Company’s shares
will be halted. Since the Company will file for bankruptcy, in accordance with
the above, the Company will request that further trading is stopped.
