Veidekke ASA operates as a construction and property development company in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. It operates through Construction, Property Development, and Industrial segments.

The company undertakes various construction and civil engineering contracts, including non-residential and residential buildings, schools, infrastructure projects, hydropower and wind farms, industrial facilities, and quays and airports. It also develops residential projects; operates and maintains public roads; and produces and sells asphalt and aggregates.

The company was founded in 1936 and is headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

Jobbet som tømrer i veidekke i 6 år. Var der jeg begynte å fatte interesse for aksjer. De har et veldig allright aksje-program for ansatte hvor firma kjøper inn aksjer som de ansatte så kan kjøpe rabattert. Mener over halvparten av de ansatte er aksjonærer (ca 6-7000 ansatte i Norge). I tillegg har de virksomhet i Sverige og Danmark. Spennende firma, store innen alt fra veibygging til skole, kontor og boligbygging.

I Veidekke er det nå ca 8000 medarbeidere, hvor ca halvparten eier aksjer.
Ca 2400 handlet aksjer ved siste tildeling sol var i høste, ( ledende ansatte får vel ett tilbud i desse dager)
Kjøpssum for aksjer i høst var henholdsvis ca 60 og 68kr, alt etter betalingsform.

Veidekke betaler også utbytte nå, 4-5kr aksjen.

Veidekke ASA: Successful issuance of a new bond issue

Reference is made to the announcement on 22 May 2018, regarding a contemplated Nordic bond issue. Veidekke ASA has today successfully issued NOK 1,000 million in a senior unsecured bond issue. The bonds have a 5 year tenor and will carry a floating coupon rate of 3m NIBOR + 0.88 % p.a. Settlement Date is 4 June 2018 and the bond issue will be applied for listing on Oslo Børs.

Det henvises til børsmelding den 22. mai 2018 vedrørende mulig utstedelse av et senior usikret obligasjonslån. Solgte selv halvparten av min pott og brukte pengene på noe annet. Spent på neste kvartalsrapport for å se om multiplene som vi tidligere har sett har vært feil eller om denne nedskrivingen får store konsekvenser.
