I’ve completely stopped following ZENA since I sold my position. In the time I followed the company I saw too much jumping from one project to the next without anything materializing. The Tunisian assets that actually produced some oil made me hopeful, but the announcements about the US (a very difficult industry for newcomers) was the final nail in the coffin for me.

My prediction is that nothing of consequence will happen before the general meeting, and that a mandate for issuing further stocks will be put to a vote. This prediction is pure speculation. Best of luck if you still have money in this company @Tony1 .

AC’s personal ownership is the reason why I don’t think Zena is a scam, but I still think it’s a bad investment.
