They’re almost a single asset oil producer, and they are in conflict with the government of the country that asset is in. If you haven’t sold yet, now would probably be a nice time.
I don’t think they’re a scam (CEO has too much of his own money invested, and spends too much energy trying to find “deals”), but I do think they’re basically worthless.

I’m glad that you finally took the loss Tony, I sincerely don’t expect Zena to get better any time soon. I downsized, then sold with a loss more than a year ago, and I shared my trades at the time in this thread. Zena is down another 66% in that time, that hurts.
Zena is a “lottery” stock, that you know will most likely cost you, but maybe there’s a chance it’ll win big. And for a while Zena was sending market messages all the time, with deals and news. It’s very easy to get dragged in.

but what about now as an entry point? the price is very appealing. It seems to me that extension and payment of bonds is a good sign → it shows that participants have faith in ICC arbitration decision (ETAP case). What do you reckon? Even your gut feeling will be informative for me.
