Har selvfølgelig ikke kjøpt i noen av disse😄 Bare lurte på om jeg hadde glemt noen av lotto aksjene som er på Oslo børs.- for det er overraskende mye notert som er oppblåst

(“Zenith” or the “Company”) (LSE: ZEN; OSE: ZENA; OTC PINK: ZENAF), the listed international energy production and development company, is pleased to announce that its Chief Executive Officer & President, Mr. Andrea Cattaneo, has advised the Company that he has purchased a total of 546,830 common shares of no par value (“Common Shares”) in the capital of the Company at a total average price of £0.0418.
Following the purchase, Mr. Cattaneo is directly beneficially interested in a total of 50,351,414 Common Shares in the capital of the Company, representing 10.21 per cent of the total issued and outstanding common share capital of the Company.

Gjenåpning av gassfeltet Sant’Andrea
På grunn av pågående konflikter som påvirker flere viktige gassproduserende land, forventer selskapet en betydelig økning i naturgassprisene og dermed også strømprisene. På bakgrunn av disse markedsforholdene har Zenith besluttet å gjenoppta produksjonen ved gassfeltet Sant’Andrea i Italia.
Når produksjonen gjenaktiveres, forventes feltet å produsere cirka 40 000 kubikkmeter naturgass per måned (tilsvarende 480 000 kubikkmeter per år), der gassen vil bli koblet til og solgt via det italienske nasjonale gassnettet.

Update on ICC-2 Annulment Application
Zenith Energy Ltd. (“Zenith” or the “Company”) (LSE: ZEN; OSE: ZENA; XSAT: ZENA SDR), the international energy production and development company, is pleased to provide an update regarding the application for annulment (the “Annulment Application”) of the ICC-2 Arbitration (the “ICC-2 Arbitration”) before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court in Lausanne, Switzerland (the “Swiss Court”) submitted by its wholly owned subsidiary, Canadian North Africa Oil and Gas Limited (“CNAOG”).
The Annulment application was submitted by CNAOG in September 2025 and procedurally accepted by the Swiss Court in October 2025.
The Company confirms that the Republic of Tunisia failed to submit its response to the Annulment Application within the required procedural timeframe set out by the Swiss Court and has instead sent a submission to the Swiss Court contesting its jurisdiction. Further, the Republic of Tunisia has advanced a legally unfounded and unreasonable argument that the Annulment Application should be adjudicated by a Court of Appeal seated within the Republic of Tunisia.
The Company will provide an update once further information becomes available, in full compliance with procedural guidelines.
