I think that there aren’t very many listed / private peers with similar capabilities and many of the Peers in your excel were of course from the semiconductor industry (which is maybe the best information available, besides other software companies).
I find it very interesting that companies with similar but less sophisticated capabilities were bought years ago by big players. Looking at Elabs capabilities they should be worth a clear premium taking into consideration large software sensor availability, broad customer base within mobile phone, many verticals etc.
Looking at business logic there could be a number of possibly interested companies as potential acquirers from different verticals:
- All PC OEMs
- All Mobile Phone OEMs
- Major semiconductor companies within PC and Mobile (Intel, AMD, Qualcomm)
- Maybe also some other companies such as large software companies

Also as Laila has said they have been asked for exclusivity in product offering (my guess is the Tap sensor with Lenovo), but they have set the price pretty high due to very significant potential across PCs , Mobile phones and Tablets, which is totally understandable.
