The purpose of this letter is to provide constructive feedback regarding the format of these sessions. During recent presentations, a clear pattern has emerged: the time allocated for questions and answers (Q&A) is far too limited. As a result, a large number of important investor questions are either avoided or left completely unanswered.
For the market and shareholders, the live Q&A session is the most valuable part of the presentation. This is our primary opportunity to gain deeper insights into strategic choices and market dynamics. In contrast, the detailed walkthrough of the financial slides is something most investors can easily read and analyze on their own, either before or after the webcast.
Therefore, I strongly urge Photocure to restructure future presentations. By shortening the standard slide review, you can free up significantly more time for a transparent and thorough Q&A session. This shift will strengthen dialogue with shareholders, enhance transparency, and build further trust in the market.

Photocure initiates arbitration in partial milestone payment case with Asieris Pharmaceuticals

Photocure confirms today that it has commenced arbitration in the partial milestone payment case with Asieris Pharmaceuticals. Reference is made to Photocure’s announcement dated 20 April 2026, in which the Company noted that its partner, Asieris Pharmaceuticals, had made a partial payment of $6.6M USD of the invoiced $11M USD milestone payment triggered by Asieris’ receipt of the Drug Registration Certificate from China’s National Medical Products Administration for its core product APL-1702 (trade name: CEVIRA®).
Photocure has since maintained constructive dialogue with Asieris and remains in ongoing discussions. In parallel the Company initiated the legal steps as part of its efforts to pursue recovery.
In an announcement issued today, Asieris communicated receipt of the arbitration demand and supporting documents filed by Photocure.
