According to the results of the third quarter of 2024, SMEs provided jobs to 29.5 million people, or 39% of the total number of employed people, and their share in GDP is approximately 21%.

Federal healthcare spending has been effectively frozen—1.87 trillion rubles next year, down from 1.86 trillion this year. At the same time, funding for the “Long and Active Life” national project (formerly the “Healthcare” national project) will be cut by 26%, to 274.2 billion rubles.
The primary healthcare modernization program will be cut by 2.3 times, along with the federal emergency care development project (-28%), and programs to combat diabetes (-13%), cancer (-3.1%), and cardiovascular disease (-2.5%).
In total, the security forces will “eat up” 38% of the budget, or 16.84 trillion rubles.
