and design (FEED) study for the NOA Fulla development project, offshore Norway.

NOA Fulla is located in the southern part of the NOAKA area in the Norwegian
North Sea.

The awarded work is required to finalise the technical definition of the
proposed development prior to Aker BP and its partners making the final
investment decision (FID) late 2022. The FEED study will begin immediately.

Subsea 7 has recognised the FEED award in its order backlog in the third quarter
of 2021. The value of a potential subsequent EPCI contract would only be
recognised by Subsea 7 in its backlog upon FID, and would represent a
substantial(1) project award.

Project management and engineering will take place in our office in Stavanger,
Norway. Offshore installation activities would be scheduled for 2025, 2026 and
2027.

Ako Capital startet short’en 28.07 og har økt noe etterhvert. Ser ut til å være dyktige på å shorte toppene. Om det er så mye mer å hente på å være short fra dagens nivåer har jeg litt vanskelig for å forstå, og også stikk i strid med hva analytikerne mener. Aksjen verdsettes på historisk lave nivåer.

Fra begynnelsen av oktober så blir fornybardelen til Subsea slått sammen med OHT og blir til Seaway 7. Subsea sitter da med aksjemajoriteten .

Jeg håper og tror at de er ute av short posisjonene innen 1.oktober. Hvis det blir tilfelle så vil Subsea aksjen få ett fint løft om ikke så lenge når posisjonene lukkes.

Subsea 7’s scope includes the engineering, procurement, construction, and
installation of the subsea flowline system as well as the installation of
OneSubsea’s multiphase compression system. The contract award follows completion
of the front-end engineering design study(()(2)) and will be executed as a
Subsea Integration Alliance project(()(3)()).

2018 as a baseline year, Subsea 7’s target is to reduce its Scope 1 and Scope 2
emissions by 50% by 2035(1).

These targets are based upon plans to decarbonise Subsea 7’s operations,
implementing changes and solutions available today, as well as the deployment of
new, cleaner technologies as they become commercially available at scale in the
market.

Emissions data will be published annually as part of Subsea 7’s Sustainability
Report and management will regularly update the market on the progress towards
achieving this target.

John Evans, CEO of Subsea 7 commented: “Proactive participation in the Energy
Transition has been at the heart of Subsea 7’s evolution over the past decade
both through our Renewables business unit and through our efforts to reduce our
vessel emissions. Today’s announcement marks another step in our journey towards

The contract is awarded to Subsea 7 and Schlumberger, as part of a consortium.
The integrated project scope of the engineering, procurement, construction, and
installation (EPCI) contract will cover the subsurface solutions to onshore
production, including completions, subsea production systems (SPS), subsea
umbilicals, risers and flowlines (SURF) and an early production facility (EPF).

The scope of work to be executed by Subsea 7 comprises the EPCI of the subsea
pipelines and associated equipment to connect the subsea wells in approximately
2000 metres water depth to the EPF. The project includes the provision and
installation of infield flowlines, control umbilicals, tie-in connections,
associated subsea equipment, 170 kilometres of gas export pipeline and
monoethylene glycol injection pipeline to the EPF.

Project management and engineering has already commenced and will be managed
from the Subsea 7 office in Istanbul, Turkey.

Seven Sun. The contracts will be recorded in backlog in the fourth quarter.

Each contract comprises a firm three-year period and a subsequent one-year
option. Seven Waves will commence the new contract in the first quarter 2022.
Seven Rio will commence the new contract in the second quarter 2022. Seven Sun
will commence the new contract in the third quarter 2022. Before commencing the
new contracts, each vessel will undergo minor modifications requiring a short
shipyard stay and modest capital expenditure.

The remaining period of Seven Waves’ and Seven Rio’s current contracts with
Petrobras will be transferred to Seven Seas which will be deployed to Brazil in
2022.
