Einarson går ofte ikke hendelser i forkant, hvilket er veldig fornuftig. Han fikk seg lært seg mye når han gikk offensivt ut med Pci Biotech/AZ i høst🤥

Det et ikke en 1-linje behandling. De får opdivo etter endt kjemo.behandling, og dette ikke virker lenger.
Det ville jo vært naturlig at Targovax stilte i podcast hos Einarson nå. Jeg velger å tro at de ikke har ønsket det nå, før de har signert avtaler👏Vil tro det er store ting på gang👏

Det jeg tenkte på er at oncos-102 har vel gjort kalde svulster varme, så det kan være en mulighet at oncos ville gjort det vel så bra, om ikke bedre…

Den store forvandlingen bør snart bli presentert. Over et år siden ØS formidlet dialog med de store.
“Best in class” bør føre til noe, men sitter med en følelse at kanskje studien foreløpig er for liten til at noen er villig til å legge store penger på bordet - håper inderlig at jeg tar feil.
Fra en kontakt jeg har i Kina (for what its worth):
IOVaxis has requested a class II meeting with CDE on Feb. 3 and it’s now still in the process (most likely waiting for a meeting with the CDE).
According to the Management of Drug Technical Review Communication, class II meetings refer to the meeting for innovative drugs in the key stages of research and development, mainly including the following cases:

pre-application meeting for phase I clinical trials to address major technical issues prior to the first submission of the clinical trial application, including but not limited to the following issues for discussion: whether existing research data adequately support the proposed Phase I clinical trial; whether the risk of clinical trial subjects can be controlled.

Meeting before the end of Phase II clinical trial/pre-start of Phase III clinical trial to address major technical issues after the end of Phase II clinical trial and before the start of the critical Phase III clinical trial, including but not limited to the following issues: whether the existing research data adequately support the proposed Phase III clinical trial; evaluation of the Phase III clinical trial plan and clinical trial protocol.

Meeting before NDA application to discuss whether the existing study data meet the requirements for marketing a new drug, including but not limited to the following issues: whether the existing study data adequately support the new drug marketing application.

Risk assessment and control meeting, in order to assess and control the post-marketing risks of the drug, before approving the new drug for marketing, to discuss the adequacy and controllability of the post-marketing risk control of the drug.
Two secenarios:
A) IOV-04 could be approved and the class II meeting is about a new clinical trial application
B) the CDE/NMPA is not happy about the data they’ve provided and they might have to start all over again.
And about the additional time which has been granted:
A) 6 months is for a new application. 60 working days plus holidays and certain process delays
B) 6 months to do IOV-04 all over again.

Enig med deg Domboshawa. Syns det blir litt for på kanten til å trekke konklusjoner om at noe stort er på vei kun fordi de ikke har vært med på de siste podcastene til Radforsk.
Det er fortsatt bare ca. 3mnd siden de slapp resultatene…
Jeg tipper vi vet mer om 1-4mnd om hva veien videre blir.
