Jeg sitter veldig godt lastet, ellers hadde jeg ikke brydd meg.

Så du mener at som stor aksjonær har man ikke rett til å kritisere ledelsen, men hylle ukritisk så ingen blir lei seg her på forumet.

Ny emisjon ved gode data kan fort være en realitet.
Ta en titt på Hofseth BioCare - mange måter å gjøre dette på.

Selv med veldig gode resultater kan vi fort få en emisjon til.

Jeg er ikke i mot fornuftig satte emisjoner, men jeg registrerer på forumet her at flere er lettet over at den er gjennomført, for da vil gode resultater ikke bli forstyrret av en ny emisjon.

Stor bekymring rundt emisjonen og selskapets strategi - virker uforståelig på mange.

Kall det gjerne “kortsiktig støy”, men dessverre sliter dette videre på en allerede svekket tillit. Dette er noe som kommer til å svekke selskapet på sikt.

Hva er det som svekker tilliten, jo det er en ledelse og spesielt Soug som ikke har den kompetansen en leder i et børsnotert selskap må ha. Og svekkelsen og mangel på tillit gjenspeiles her kraftig i prisingen av selskapet.

Det fremgår tydelig at du er veldig frustrert, men det har veldig lite for seg å sitte og spy ned forumet med sure onelinere.

Oslo, 20 October 2020: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by
Targovax ASA (OSE:TRVX) (“Targovax” or the “Company”), a clinical stage immuno
-oncology company developing oncolytic viruses to target hard-to-treat solid
tumors, on 14 October 2020, regarding a successfully completed private placement
of 10,344,828 new shares in the Company (the “Private Placement”) and the
potential subsequent offering of up to 1,500,000 new shares at the same
subscription price as in the Private Placement of NOK 7.25 per share (the

The Subsequent Offering has been conditional upon the trading price of the
Company’s shares being higher than the subscription price in the Private
Placement in a period determined by the board of directors in its sole
discretion. In the period since the announcement of the completion of the
Private Placement, a number of shares in the Company exceeding the number of
shares to be offered in the Subsequent Offering have traded at prices equal to
or below the subscription price of NOK 7.25. On that basis, the board of
directors has resolved to not proceed with the Subsequent Offering.

ONCOS-102 and Immunotherapy for Mesothelioma: Podcast Explains Benefits of the Pairing

2020 has been a breakthrough year for expanding treatment options for mesothelioma. Immunotherapy is now approved as a first-line treatment.

Another emerging therapy, the use of viruses, offers another source of promise. One upcoming clinical trial will attempt to combine both ideas into one treatment regimen.

Targovax, the manufacturer of an oncolytic adenovirus called ONCOS-102, will pair its therapy with Keytruda in a study explicitly for mesothelioma. The trial will involve all cell types and include locations in the United States.

Dr. Magnus Jaderberg, the chief medical officer for Targovax, joined the Mesothelioma Guide podcast to discuss ONCOS-102 and future developments.

“We are very excited to have Memorial Sloan-Kettering … in the U.S.,” Dr. Jaderberg said. “We’ll have the Mayo Clinic, along with other high profile and other cancer centers in the U.S.”

Mesothelioma Guide Podcast: New Study Combines Virotherapy With Keytruda

The science behind the combination makes sense. ONCOS-102 delivers immune-stimulating proteins into the body and breaks up tumor cells, which sends signals to the immune system. Keytruda, a checkpoint inhibitor, helps the immune system’s T-cells find and attack mesothelioma cells.

“(This trial) is the first time anyone has combined an oncolytic virus with a checkpoint inhibitor for this specific disease,” Dr. Jaderberg said.

Earlier in 2020, Keytruda received limited approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for mesothelioma. A few weeks ago, the FDA approved an immunotherapy combination (Opdivo and Yervoy) for first-line pleural mesothelioma treatment.

Mesothelioma clinical trials using ONCOS-102 have been successful, especially when compared with chemotherapy. Patients often experience improved survival and better disease control thanks to the experimental therapy. Targovax concluded the most recent trial in June, and ONCOS-102 is credited for a:

• Two-month improvement in progression-free survival
• 7% increase in disease-control rate
• 14% rise in one-year survival rate

“The goal was to show that we’re able to activate the patients’ immune system,” Dr. Jaderberg said. “Mesothelioma is a type of cancer where it’s not that easy to get the immune system to activate. We could actually show with the data in June that we were very much able to activate the immune system to target and find the tumors.”

Grovt regnet (om man kun legger topp50 til grunn) så er det ikke mulig å gjøre rede for mer enn ca +5 mill aksjer av totalt 10,3 nye utstedte. Noen som kan forklare hvordan dette henger sammen ? Har jo svært lite tro på at 50% av deltakerne i emisjonen satt utenfor topp50.

Hva hvis man har lånt aksjer og selger de med en gang. Ville det vises på aksjonærlister? De taes på et bestemt tidspunkt og hvis man er ute før aksjonærdata samles inn så vises det ikke???
