Now that we’re nearing some of the most important read outs in the company’s history so far, it’s being speculated that there’s a growing interest from BP (big pharma) to partner of simply buy the company. With that in mind, I was wondering if you could answer the following question:
Is the company (TRVX) by means of legal obligations or other means of legislation obliged to inform the market about offers put forward by big pharma or any other external entity. Is the company obliged to inform us if e.g. AstraZeneca puts forward a bid to the board of directors of 52,50 NOK / share?
